To ensure the highest quality travel experience, all reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Once your travel preferences are confirmed, Fina Travels will prepare a customized itinerary and quotation.
Accommodation and services are secured upon receipt of the required deposit.

Prices may be subject to revision in the event of Government tax changes, Park fee adjustments, and significant fuel surcharges.
We provide 4×4 Land Cruisers, Tour Vans, or coaches depending on the route and number of safari/tour participants. Fina Travels reserves the right to employ the services of subcontractors.
English, Italian, German, Spanish, and French-speaking drivers/guides are provided on request. Kindly note they are subject to availability, though we will strive to offer you your preferred speaking guide.
Based on the number of persons, rooms will be booked as a single, double, triple, or family room/tent. Rooms with private hot showers and toilets inside will be provided depending on accommodation category.
Single rooms are provided at an additional cost, are limited for large groups, and cannot be guaranteed. Safari accommodations are named as an indication of category, and rooms may be reserved at similar standard hotels/lodges/tented camps.
Note: Lodges and camps, on request, are subject to availability. Fina Travels reserves the right to change, alter, and offer alternative accommodations within the itinerary depending on any unavoidable circumstance. This will always be communicated to you before, stating the reasons for the change of accommodation, and we will only proceed with reservation upon your confirmation.
Dietary requirements, medical considerations, and special travel requests should be communicated during the booking process so appropriate arrangements can be made.
