By confirming a booking with Fina Travels, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Health: You must ensure you have the required vaccinations such as Yellow Fever for cross-border travel. Please consult your doctor regarding Malaria prophylaxis.
While every effort is made to operate itineraries as planned, Fina Travels reserves the right to adjust routes, accommodations, or schedules due to:

3. Participation in safari activities involves inherent risks and travel to remote areas, which guests accept when booking. Travelers must follow the instructions of the safari guide at all times. Fina Travels will not be liable for injury or death resulting from wildlife encounters, natural causes, or any misconduct by the guests.
4. In case of any issue during the safari execution process, this must be immediately communicated to your point of contact in the office for immediate addressing and action. Fina Travels will not be liable for any issue that is not immediately reported to the office during the trip if reported later.

Fina Travels is a registered and regulated Safari Operator in Kenya by the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA).
Fina Travels is a proud member of the Tourism Professional Welfare (TPW).
Fina Travels reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during our guests' safari for marketing and or any other marketing purpose. The client hereby gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes the company to retain the copyright for these photographs and such material for as long as necessary. We will only use these photographs for our marketing purposes.
